Sweet, balanced and very clean – this cup will sparkle at most roast points. Good acidity but not over the top, medium bodied – one will get a variety of floral, caramel, malt and chocolate out of this cup. Great everyday drinker – a very stand up high altitude coffee, very rare for Mexico.
